End User License Agreement for CreditRoll ("Agreement")
Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using CreditRoll ("Application").
By downloading or using the Application you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.
A. License
B. Limitation of Liability
Except for any remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under law, Raccorde will not be held liable for any loss, damages, claims, or costs whatsoever, including any consequential or incidental damages, lost profits, damages resulting from a business interruption, or claims by a third party. Raccorde's aggregate total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Application, if any.
Nothing contained in this Agreement limits Raccorde's liability as it pertains to acts of negligence or fraud by Raccorde.
C. Warranty
The Application is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. Any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any other warranty is excluded to the greatest extent permitted by law.
D. Governing Law
The laws, statutes, and regulations of Vermont, United States of America govern this Agreement regardless of where the Application is purchased from or primarily used by you or any other user. Exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement is assigned to courts whose venue is Chittenden County, Vermont.

A. License
- Raccorde grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
- The term of the license begins on the first day of payment and concludes thirty days after the final payment is received or when it is terminated by Raccorde or you.
- Upon the expiration or termination of the term of the license, some or all elements of the Application may cease to operate.
- You may use the Application on an unlimited number of devices or computers.
- You may not copy the image of the Application, nor may you reproduce the Application through any other means.
- You will use the Application in a manner consistent with its design and documentation and will not modify or alter the Application without the consent of Raccorde
